I’m going to out crazy Ashley and Tigs with this one. I usually think about my fake movie fridays when I’m going to bed. I came up with this one when I was visiting my brother on the west coast, I was jet lagged and had visited a bunch of wineries, so I ended up thinking about stuff and then continued to think about my fake movie in my dream. So basically this is a drunken dream.

So I haven’t made anything really senseless in a while so I wanted to make a road trip film about Food Truck purveyors and the adventure to get the prime location.
Truck U opens on John Martin’s famous Food Truck, “Food N Things.” John is played by an irish accented Alec Baldwin. He is seen as somewhat of a legend in the food truck industry. He’s been slinging all types of foods for years and all the other food trucks and carts look at him as a god. He’s got the best location in all of NYC, right in the middle of Times Square. We see in a few interviews everyone loves him, so obviously he’s about to die. He dies and this sends a ripple through the food truckers, but it also opens the opportunity for one of the other food trucks to take over his location. The way this world works, the only way you can get to work out of a dead truckers location is to compete in a cross country food truck race where you have to not only make the most profit, but also win the race. So that’s the back story.

A new Poster for The Word’s End was just posted. It’s pretty cool, but honestly it could have just been text that said “A Film By Edgar Wright” and I’d buy a ticket.

It looks like this poster is a Comic Con exclusive. It’s beautiful, and it is making me way too impatient for summer of next year. I really wish I was going to Comic Con on Friday, apparently Del Toro is signing these bad boys at 2pm, curses!

I need to see this movie more than anyone will ever know. The second trailer makes me feel even more like it’s the reparation-based film I’ve been waiting for my whole life!
It looks like everyone involved in this film is having the best time ever whilst filming it. Leonardo DiCaprio will probably finally get his Oscar. Maybe.

‘Man with the Iron Fists’ isn’t even out yet but RZA is looking for his next film. For a rapper coming off making a crazy kung-fu movie the best thing to do next is to team up with one of the headiest comic creators out there, Grant Morrison.
Morrison recently began the series ‘Happy’ with artist Darick Robertson. What starts as a seemingly normal story of a hard boiled former cop who gets shot and starts seeing a tiny blue flying horse.
This is perfect for RZA. Morrison is reportedly working on the script
Enjoy this trailer. Hopkins and Mirren seem to have great chemistry and will be the ones to look to carry this movie.
A feature length ‘Peanuts’ film is in the works for 2015. This may sound like fantastic news but let’s think for a second.

This is fun. ‘Wreck-it Ralph’ premieres November 2nd, expect us first in line.
It is my hope of hopes that the term Expendabras becomes a term that people use for the upcoming female version of ‘The Expendables.’ There are so many rumors circling around this film.
It was announced very early on that ‘Haywire’ and former MMA star Gina Carano is in. Our newest addition is ‘Battlestar Galactica’ tough gal Katee Sackhoff will be joining her.
Fun move here. She has a lot of nerdy fans that will follow her into the theater. She plays tough girl really well, but can’t also act at an emotional level that Carano can’t.
Very excited to hear more about this film.
